The company is located in the manufacturing hub of Chinese home furnishing industry - Foshan City, Guangdong Province, and it has a modern standard factory covering an area of 14,000 square meters. Full-Chain Automated Production Line

The factory is currently operating 6 specialized cabinet and full-home customization production lines efficiently. We have invested heavily in top-notch professional equipment in the industry, including multiple SK3200 advanced CNC woodworking cutting machines, achieving efficient and seamless transfer from raw materials to finished products.

Exquisite manufacturing process

Automatic panel cutting and precise cutting: Relying on advanced computer numerical control (CNC) panel cutting centers, we achieve fully automatic and highly efficient panel cutting and high-precision cutting, ensuring that the size error of each panel is controlled within the millimeter range.
Perfect edge sealing (straight and curved): Equipped with heavy-duty fully automatic edge sealing machines, it can not only handle regular straight edge sealing perfectly, but also has professional curved (non-standard) edge sealing technology. The edge sealing effect is smooth and tight, without glue lines, significantly enhancing the waterproof, moisture-proof performance and overall appearance of the panels.

Numerical Control Precise Hole Drilling

Using imported multi-row drills and processing centers for high-precision drilling and slotting operations, we ensure that every hardware hole position is absolutely accurate. This makes the on-site assembly in the destination country seamless, smooth, and convenient for the customers.

Ample production capacity and rapid response

Thanks to the well-established equipment matrix and the professional operation team, the maximum daily production capacity of our cabinets, wardrobes and bathroom cabinets can reach up to 660 units.
