VSME is a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Lacquer Wardrobes in China. We operate our own factory and can also provide you with various types of custom Walk-In Closet Wardrobes. We welcome your inquiries and orders!
The primary technical challenge regarding large-format lacquered surfaces lies in controlling color variation and ensuring consistent gloss levels. Leveraging a fully automated, dust-free coating line, VSME offers two distinct finish options: a low-reflectivity "Matte Skin-feel" finish and a "High-gloss" mirror-like finish. We have completely abandoned the inherently uncontrollable process of manual spraying; instead, through digital color matching and spectrophotometry, we strictly limit color discrepancies between different production batches to a threshold invisible to the naked eye. The application of multiple layers of UV-cured primers and topcoats effectively eliminates the traditional "orange peel" texture often associated with lacquered surfaces. This systematic approach—translating aesthetic ideals into rigorous manufacturing parameters—ensures that even our extra-tall wardrobe doors (reaching up to 2.4 meters) maintain absolute visual flatness, whether viewed under diffused natural light or focused spotlights.
Lacquered door panels are inherently heavy and susceptible to climatic fluctuations; consequently, the longevity of a wardrobe system is determined by the interplay between the physical durability of the finish and the internal stress equilibrium of the substrate material. VSME strictly mandates the use of ENF-grade High-Density Fiberboard (HDF) as the exclusive substrate for all lacquered products. Prior to entering production, every board undergoes a mandatory 35-day moisture-content calibration process, thereby eliminating—at the foundational level—the risk of moisture absorption and subsequent expansion that can occur during overseas shipping. Specifically for heavy lacquered doors, we exclusively integrate heavy-duty soft-close hinges from premium brands—such as Blum or Hettich—at critical load-bearing points. Furthermore, for oversized door panels, we embed high-strength metal straightening rods into the back of the panel. By utilizing physical tension to counteract the internal deformation stresses within the wood material, we guarantee that our heavy wardrobe doors remain free from sagging or misalignment—even after enduring over 100,000 full-load opening and closing cycles.
Given that lacquered materials cannot be cut or modified on-site, the manufacturing process must achieve absolute zero-error precision. Any forced enlargement of pre-drilled holes at the overseas installation site will inevitably result in the lacquer finish cracking or chipping. VSME implements a strategy of "proactive data-driven intervention." Prior to production, our technical team constructs a 1:1 scale 3D nodal model; using CAD software, they pre-plan the routing channels for all LED sensor light strips and meticulously design the finishing details for all irregular-angled corners. CNC machinery is utilized to maintain strict tolerances—accurate to within 0.1mm—for all pre-drilled hardware mounting holes. Before leaving the factory, every single set of Lacquer Wardrobes undergoes a mandatory 100% physical dry-fit assembly. Upon the products' arrival at the project site, installers need only follow the corresponding drawing numbers to perform a simple physical interlocking assembly, thereby fundamentally eliminating the significant material waste and damage typically associated with on-site cutting.
Delicate lacquer finishes are highly susceptible to scratches and dents during transoceanic shipping; therefore, scratch prevention serves as the lifeline for the successful delivery of lacquered products. For our Lacquer Wardrobes, VSME enforces a dual-protection standard of the highest caliber: "flexible scratch resistance combined with rigid structural support." Immediately after rolling off the production line, each lacquered door panel is wrapped in a double layer of PE protective film, cushioned with highly resilient EPE foam, and sealed within a thickened five-layer honeycomb cardboard carton featuring rigid L-shaped corner guards. For large-scale container shipments—and to withstand the compressive forces of heavy stacking at the container's base as well as the rigors of transit—entire orders are securely strapped onto fumigation-free, steel-reinforced wooden pallets to effectively distribute the load. A standardized 35-day lead time, coupled with precise barcode-enabled packing lists, ensures that overseas procurement teams can unload shipments zone-by-zone, thereby preventing secondary physical damage caused by on-site logistical chaos.
