VSME is a professional manufacturer and supplier of Artistic Lacquer Finishes Vanity in China. With our own dedicated factory, we are also able to offer a wide variety of custom bathroom vanity solutions. We warmly invite you to contact us for inquiries and purchases!
The success of an artistic lacquer finish hinges on the physical uniformity of its surface gloss. Leveraging a fully automated, dust-free coating line, VSME offers a diverse range of artistic expressions—from an ultra-matte finish with a 3–5 gloss level to a mirror-like high-gloss sheen. We utilize spectrophotometers to digitally benchmark every batch of finished surfaces, keeping color deviations within an extremely low threshold that is imperceptible to the naked eye. Through the layering of multiple UV-cured primer and topcoat layers, we have completely eliminated the "orange peel" texture and particulate impurities that are frequently associated with traditional manual spray-painting methods. This industrial-grade coating precision ensures that, whether illuminated by side-lighting spotlights or natural light, the vanity's surface retains a silky-smooth, artistic texture.
The durability of a finish stems from the chemical stability of its paint film. VSME’s artistic lacquer-finished vanities employ a premium, automotive-grade paint process with exceptional UV resistance to prevent yellowing, ensuring that white or light-colored finishes remain true to their original hue even after years of use. To combat moisture intrusion, we implement a fully automated, dust-free PUR edge-banding process on the cabinet's substrate, thereby physically blocking any pathways for moisture to penetrate the interior of the board material. Before leaving our factory, every finished product undergoes rigorous testing for resistance to high-concentration acids and alkalis, safeguarding the lacquer surface against irreversible corrosive damage caused by cosmetics, makeup removers, or harsh cleaning agents.
Secondary cutting or hole-drilling performed on-site is the leading cause of lacquer chipping and cracking. VSME operates under a manufacturing philosophy of "zero on-site intervention." Prior to production scheduling, our technical team creates 1:1 scale 3D models of all critical connection points. This allows us to complete all precise CNC-machined cutouts—including those for drainpipes, faucet mounting holes, and cable channels for LED smart mirror cabinets—within our dust-free workshop environment before the product is shipped. The tolerances for hardware connection holes are strictly locked to a precision level of 0.1mm. Prior to shipment, every Artistic Lacquer Finishes Vanity unit undergoes a mandatory 100% physical pre-assembly process. Overseas installers need only connect the components according to the corresponding numbers on the technical drawings; this data-driven, "front-loaded" workflow fundamentally eliminates the risk of paint finish damage resulting from on-site modifications.
VSME has discontinued the use of standard soft plastic bags, implementing instead a comprehensive "flexible protection plus rigid support" packaging protocol across its entire product line. Lacquer-finished door panels are covered with a double layer of protective PE film, wrapped in highly resilient EPE foam, and then sealed within thickened five-layer honeycomb cardboard boxes featuring embedded L-shaped hard corner guards. To withstand the compressive forces of heavy stacking at the bottom of shipping containers, large-volume orders are mandatorily secured onto fumigation-free, steel-strapped wooden pallets to effectively distribute the load. A standardized 35-day delivery commitment, coupled with a clear barcode system, ensures that overseas warehouses can efficiently execute region-specific distribution, thereby preventing physical surface scratches caused by secondary handling at construction sites.
